The Booking Process
Step 1: Create Your Account.
1. Go to our booking page by clicking our online booking link below.
2. Click “Create Account” or “Sign Up” You’ll find this option beneath the login fields.
3. Enter your information. Add your name, email, phone number, and create a password.
4. Check your email. Rosy may send a confirmation message, open it and follow the link if prompted.
5. After you complete step 2 your may log in and book.
Step 2: Select Your Service.
Select the service that best aligns with your goals. If you’re unsure, choose the option that feels closest, your pre‑visit form will help us refine the timing and details of your appointment.
Note: Our refresh color service is for current color clients only.
Step 3: Complete Your Pre Visit Consultation Form within 24 Hours.
After booking, please complete your consultation form within 24 hours.
This helps us ensure your appointment reflects the correct service, timing, and preparation for your hair and your goals.
If the form isn’t completed within 24 hours, your appointment will default to the longest timing and highest price within the service range so the appropriate space is reserved for your visit.

I’m located at Kris & Kierst Salon, 180 Winton Rd N, Rochester, NY 14610.
We have a small parking lot on Gale Terrace (our building is on a corner), as well as ample street parking. When you arrive, please wait in your vehicle. I’ll text you once my last client has left and your service is ready to begin.
Our doors are kept locked between clients.

I’m Kristin, and I’m so excited you’re here.
I’ve spent 16 years in the beauty industry, and for the last 6, I've had the privilege of creating a space where clients can feel beautiful and empowered as the co-owner of Kris and Kierst Salon.
As an American Board Certified Haircolorist, I bring a high level of expertise and precision to every color service. I’m passionate about crafting personalized, transformative experiences that highlight each person’s unique beauty.
Over the years, I’ve developed a special passion for curly hair, and having curly hair myself, I understand the journey of embracing and caring for curls. My goal is to demystify curl care and help you to love your own curls as much as I have come to love my own.
In addition to hair services, I offer Reiki-infused facials and Reiki healing sessions, using energy to nourish both body and soul.
Everything I do is rooted in a belief in self-care, mindfulness, and spirituality, creating a space where you can feel safe, centered, and truly yourself.
